What is the baest way to get traffic to a website?

I have tried submiting it to google and yahoo and it still won’t show it. Is there any other search engines that will submit it for free. If not, then what are some other means of atracting traffic to your website?

i dont know where are livining…but if you have an internetcafe shops in your area … you can pay them to put your website as a mainpage in theres computers….
