What should i not do in my training workouts so i will not get big muscles?I want to train to make my whole body lean and toned.Right now all i no is to use lower weights with higher reps,aerobic exercises and cardio exercises.Also if you do the same work outs over and over will that start to make you build bigger muscles? My body seems to build muscles pretty easily because i’m mesomorph body type,which builds big muscles,any way i can change that?And how do i get the strength of a body builder but being normal looking and toned?how to workout to pack strength into every fiber, into your arms and throughout your body,to stay toned?
Please make a list of everything not to do to avoid building big muscles.I could even give 20 points if it really good like what to do and what not to do.I will determine on the answer.You could always email me.Thanks!
